Privacy and security of your data is very important to me. As I reside in the Netherlands, I adhere to the Dutch and European privacy laws, including the General Data ProtectionRegulation (GDPR) (Algemene Verordering Gegevensbescherming, (AVG)), which became effective as from the 25th of May, 2018. In order to be transparent, regarding the usage and security of your personal data, I would like to inform you which personal data will be collected/processed, why and what happens to it.

The personal client data that re-balance collects consists of: Name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number.

This data is collected via mailing list subscription. There is no need for me to ask for more information than I need in order to be able to contact you or to deliver my  services. As a customer you always have a choice what information you want to share.  In addition you have the right to review that data at any time, and to request removal from the mailing list.

There have been all necessary measures taken on administrative, technical and organizational level, to make sure your personal data is secure, to treat that data confidentiality and to avoid misuse, loss, unauthorized access or unauthorized use. By applying these measures, taking into account technology and costs, I ensure to offer a sufficient level of security.

The number of places for the workshops is limited. To secure your place, a full payment has to be done prior to the workshop. These are non refund workshops, so please register only if you know you can attend. In the unlikely case that I have to cancel the workshop, you would receive a complete refund

After your first free chemistry session (30 min) you can schedule a full coaching session with me, where we focus specifically on your needs.  One-on-one coaching sessions are not refundable if canceled not later than 24 hours before the confirmed time slot. In the unlikely case that I have to cancel the session, you would receive a complete refund.
